Eagle Plains/CRC Execute Option Agreement for Acacia Project, Central British Columbia

Cranbrook, B.C., January 15th, 2018: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (“EPL”:TSX-V, or “Eagle Plains”) has executed an option agreement with CRC Minerals Inc. (a private B.C. company), (“CRC”) whereby CRC may earn up to a 75% interest in the 4715ha Acacia property located 45.0 km north of Kamloops in central British Columbia. The property area has been held by Eagle Plains since 2001 and carries no underlying royalties or encumbrances.

Eagle Plains’ Partner Aben Resources Makes Cash and Share Payments, Plans Winter Drill Program for Chico Gold Project, Saskatchewan

Cranbrook, B.C., January 11th, 2018: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: “EPL”) has received a $25,000 cash payment and 250,000 common shares from Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: “ABN”) confirming Aben’s intention to maintain the existing option agreement on EPL’s 100%-owned, 4,657 ha Chico Gold Project located 125km east of La Ronge, Saskatchewan and 40km south of SSR Mining’s (formerly Silver Standard Resources) Seabee Gold Operation.

Eagle Plains Acquires Knife Lake VMS Copper Deposit, Completes Chico Claims Acquisition

Cranbrook, B.C., December 6th, 2017: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: “EPL”) has acquired by staking, a block of claims that cover the majority of the historic Knife Lake Cu-Zn-Au-Ag-Co VMS deposit. The claims cover an area of 2,470ha centered 74 km north of Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan and 131 km northwest of Flin Flon, Manitoba. The Knife Lake area saw extensive exploration from the late 1960’s to the 1990’s with the last documented work program completed in 2001.

Eagle Plains Completes Airborne Geophysical Survey, Commences Fieldwork at Donna Gold Project, South-Central B.C.

Cranbrook, B.C., October 2nd, 2017: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: “EPL”) has recently completed an airborne magnetometer survey on the 7800 ha Donna Property located in south-central British Columbia approximately 65 km east of Vernon. The property is 100% owned by Eagle Plains and consists of mineral claims overlying the BC Minfile gold occurrence named “Dona” (082LSE016). The project area is considered to hold good potential to host intrusive-related gold mineralization.

Eagle Plains Stakes “Robinson Creek” High-Grade Gold, Copper VMS Property in Saskatchewan

Cranbrook, B.C., September 6th, 2017: Eagle Plains has acquired by staking, a block of claims named Robinson Creek, covering an area of 1,000 ha centered approximately 15km west of Flin Flon, Manitoba.  The acquisition follows extensive research conducted by Eagle Plains in the area through TerraLogic Exploration Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary. The property area has seen encouraging historical exploration activity targeting gold and base-metals. Numerous gold and base-metal occurrences have been documented by past operators.
