Who We Are

Eagle Plains Resources is a Canadian based mineral exploration company with over 50 mineral exploration properties in western Canada. Management is made up largely of geologists with decades of experience and a proven ability to develop joint-venture partnerships. An in-house team of geologists and technicians enable us to manage this large portfolio of exploration projects.

Objective

Eagle Plains’ primary vision is to locate ore deposits in Canada. In pursuit of this goal, the company aspires to be the “partner of choice” for other companies seeking to acquire quality exploration projects and access our in-house technical expertise to collaborate in the exploration process.

Eagle Plains is committed to steadily building shareholder value by advancing our diverse portfolio of projects toward discovery utilizing collaborative partnerships and our highly experienced technical and management teams. The company’s focus is to preserve its robust treasury while advancing its most promising projects. In addition, Eagle Plains continues to seek out and secure high-quality, unencumbered projects through research, staking and strategic acquisitions.  Throughout the exploration process, our mission is to bolster prosperity in communities by exploring for and discovering resource opportunities while building lasting relationships through honest and respectful business practices.

Celebrating over 30 years

Eagle Plains' management has developed the company with a long-term outlook, acquiring assets when opportunities present themselves and vertically-integrating these to maximize value. It has seized opportunity and operated prudently as evidenced by the fact that the company has never conducted a rollback in over thirty years of operating and has ~115m shares outstanding.   Eagle Plains is the 9th oldest stock on the TSX-V and one of only a few in this club to have not consolidated the share structure. The company possesses a healthy treasury, carries no debt and is sustained by generating significant revenue.

In 2024 Eagle Plains Resources officially turned 30 years old having been incorporated in March 1994. During that time corporate developments and market conditions have provided several lucrative entry and exit opportunities as depicted in the value chart below.
