(TSX-V:EPL) (“EPL” or “Eagle Plains”) has executed an agreement with Summa Silver (formerly Pinnacle North Gold Corp.) whereby Summa has relinquished its option on the Donna property located 60km east of Vernon, BC.  The claims are now held 100% by Eagle Plains, subject to an underlying 2% NSR royalty.

(“EPL”:TSX-V, “Eagle Plains”) as operator, has mobilised crews to commence Phase One exploration activity on the Olson property (the “Property”) located 100 km east of La Ronge, northern Saskatchewan. SKRR Exploration Inc. (formerly Canex Energy) may earn a 75% interest in the 3800ha property by completing exploration expenditures of $3,000,000, making cash payments of $250,000 and issuing 1,000,000 voting class common shares to EPL over a 4 year period.

Fieldwork Commences on Eagle Plains’ Iron Range Project, Southeastern B.C.

Cranbrook, B.C., May 21st, 2020: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:EPL) (“Eagle Plains”) has been notified by its option partner, an arm’s-length private Alberta company (the “Company”) that field crews have been mobilized to the Iron Range project, located 10km east of Creston, British Columbia. Fieldwork is expected to take 2-3 weeks and is expected to be followed up in September/October with diamond drilling.

Eagle Plains Resources Announces Acquisition of Uranium Exploration Claims in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan

Cranbrook, B.C., May 19th, 2020: Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: “EPL”) is pleased to announce that through staking, it has acquired 20 claims prospective for uranium totaling approximately 7620 hectares in the Athabasca Basin area of Saskatchewan, Canada. The newly acquired claims were staked during recent re-openings of lapsed claims held by the Government of Saskatchewan.  The three new uranium projects are 100% owned by EPL and are not subject to any royalties to underlying vendors.
