Application will be filed with the CDNX to sell up to 2.5 million units consisting of 2.5 million common shares at a price of $.15 CDN and 2.5 million warrants exercisable for a period of two years at a price of $.20 CDN per share. A finders fee of up to 10% of gross proceeds will be paid, with maximum gross proceeds of the offer expected to be $375,000.
