The Ice River Property is situated 45 km east of Golden, B.C. and is currently accessed by helicopter. Forest Service roads reach to within 5 km of the property boundary.  The 2310 ha property was staked in 2003 and is owned 100% by Eagle Plains Resources with a 2% NSR held by Eagle Royalties containing a 1% buy-back clause.

The Adamant Property is situated 45km southeast of Mica Creek, B.C. and 95km northeast of Revelstoke, B.C. The east and west sides of the property are accessible by forest service roads with helicopter assisting access for the remainder. The 10,080ha property was staked in 2021 and is 100% owned by Eagle Plains with a 2% NSR held by Eagle Royalties containing a 1% buy-back clause.

The 2868 ha Slocan Graphite Property is located in the Valhalla Range of the southern Selkirk Mountains, approximately 28km north of the city of Castlegar and 30 km west of the city of Nelson, in southeast British Columbia.  The property comprises the majority of the known graphite mineralization that defines the Tedesco Graphite Showing which is based on a cluster of more than 20 graphitic bearing grab samples, spatially associated with a 3km x 1 km strongly conductive geophysical anomaly. The Tedesco showing and associated anomaly has never been drill tested. 

The Coyote Creek Property is located in the Lussier River/Coyote Creek area, 50 km NE of Cranbrook, BC.  The 2048 ha property is owned 100% by Eagle Plains and carries The project is 100% owned by Eagle Plains with a $1.50/tonne roylaty held by Eagle Royalties containing a 50% buy-back clause for $1M.
